My subscription isn’t working. What should I do?

1. Open the PianoTrax mobile app

2. Log out of your account

3. Log back into your account

4. Open PianoTrax in your browser

5. If you're logged in, log out and back into your account.


This resolves the issue on some accounts. If you're still having trouble...


1. Open the PianoTrax app on your mobile device

2. Click the "Subscribe" button in the lower navigation bar.

3. Click "Restore."

4. Log in with the same email and password you use on the PianoTrax website.

5. Log into your iTunes or Google Play account if you are prompted to do so.


Now you should be able to stream full songs on your mobile device and redeem Mp3s on the website on your computer.


If that still doesn't work, delete and re-download the PianoTrax app.


ALERT: You cannot be logged in to the PianoTrax mobile app on two Apple devices at the same time or two Android devices at the same time. If you're having trouble with your subscription, log out of the PianoTrax app on all mobile devices, then log back in on the device you'd like to use.
