You can only change key and tempo in the PianoTrax app on your mobile device.
1. Choose the track you want to edit from the “My Tracks” folder
2. Click "Edit" (3 dots or pencil on paper icon)
3. A menu will appear to change key and tempo

Once you edit key or tempo, you'll be able to stream the edited track.
